!!!

I guess the George Washington dorms (A.K.A furnished broom closets) have already been filled, so I was defaulted to the New Residences for next year. The main draw for GW was the cheaper price, but I'm not complaining.

Now I won't have to travel to an entirely different floor to access a kitchen. These have a small kitchen and from what I have heard are far more spacious than most GW dorms.

I also have three to four room mates (Spread out in two to three rooms within the dorm), which is a relief because anything is better than having a single roomie. I guess that's when things can get ugly.

The only negative I have heard is that the security borders on totalitarian. But since I'll be an eighteen year old female in New York City, so I'm sure I'll be perfectly content.
